For those Instructors who just wish to get certified in the Reformer, we offer a Complete Reformer Pilates Certification course. This is a seven session course which will cover basic, intermediate and advanced exercises. All applicants are required have completed PC of Nc Basic Mat Certification. Students will be required to do apprentice as well as self-practice hours

Course Objectives:
- Complete break
- down of each exercise
- Fundamental principles that apply to all Pilates exercises
- How to recognize correct and incorrect movement and form
- How to recognize the cause of incorrect movement and form
- Effective communication via verbal & tactile cueing, demonstration and imagery skills
- How to assess a client's needs and develop a program based on that assessment
- Basic anatomy as it pertains to each exercise
- How to adapt an exercise for a clients
Cadillac
