Available Course Dates: 

Each session consists of one weekend. 

  • October 7 and 8, 2026
  • December 5 and 6, 2026
  • February 27 and 28, 2027
  • May 1 and 2, 2027

 Hours: Saturday & Sunday: 9-6pm

Tuition: $575

Additional Information: Students are strongly recommended to register in advance, to ensure placement.


Course Objectives:

  • Complete breakdown of each exercise
  • Fundamental principles that apply to all Pilates exercises  
  • How to recognize correct and incorrect movement and form
  • How to recognize the cause of incorrect movement and form
  • Effective communication via verbal & tactile cueing, demonstration and imagery skills
  • How to assess a client's needs and develop a program based on that assessment
  • Basic anatomy as it pertains to each exercise
  • How to adapt an exercise for any level

  • July 24 and 25, 2027

 Hours: Saturday & Sunday: 9-6pm

 Tuition: $500

  • Body Profiling tools 
  • Introduction of props such as the circle, weights, flex band, small ball and foam roller.
